MeetKanoe, also called Kanoe, is an AI meeting-intelligence project built around a simple idea: people should be able to stay present in a conversation and still leave with a trustworthy record. It records a supported meeting, preserves the transcript with context, and helps organize the decisions, open questions, and actions that keep work moving.

Why Kanoe exists

Important context often disappears between a meeting ending and the next task beginning. Notes can be incomplete, participants remember different versions of a decision, and someone who missed the call has to reconstruct it from fragments. Kanoe is being built to reduce that loss. The product keeps the source transcript available while creating a more concise layer for follow-through, so an AI summary does not become an uncheckable replacement for what people actually said.

Its public repository contains a Next.js web application, Google Meet recording services, and infrastructure for orchestrating isolated recorder jobs. The hosted Kanoe Cloud experience is in beta. Public pages describe what is available and what remains limited so users, developers, and automated agents do not have to infer the product from a slogan.
