Terms of use

Use the MeetKanoe beta responsibly.

MeetKanoe is an actively developed beta service. By using it, an account holder agrees to use the product only for meetings and information they are authorized to process, to provide any notice or obtain any consent required for recording, and to protect access to the resulting meeting material. Do not use Kanoe to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for the activity performed through their account and for keeping credentials confidential. Private meeting areas are intended only for authorized account or workspace members. Attempting to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract another customer's data, or use the service to distribute harmful content is not permitted.

Recordings and generated output

The user decides which eligible meetings to record and remains responsible for participant notice and consent. Transcripts and AI-generated summaries can contain mistakes. Verify important decisions, quotations, commitments, legal statements, and action items against the original conversation before relying on them.

Beta availability

Features, limits, platform support, storage behavior, and pricing may change as the beta develops. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because an experimental feature fails. Users should maintain any records or backups their own workflow requires and should not rely on the beta as the sole repository for critical information.

Questions

Send questions about these terms to admin@meetkanoe.com. These public terms are intended to make current beta expectations understandable; additional terms may be presented if Kanoe introduces a generally available paid service or a separate organization plan.
