Getting started
Bring one meeting. Leave with the context.
1. Review the current scope
Read the feature overview before creating an account. Kanoe's current recorder work targets Google Meet and the hosted product is still in beta. The expected output is a meeting record with transcript context, summaries, decisions, and action items. Platform coverage, quotas, and final commercial terms may change during development.
2. Agree on recording consent
Recording rules vary by location and organization. Before adding a recorder, tell meeting participants what will be captured, why it is useful, who will have access, and how long the team plans to keep it. MeetKanoe provides software for the workflow; account holders remain responsible for using it lawfully and in line with their own policies.
3. Create or use a beta account
The account area contains the private meeting library and assistant configuration. Signing in is only required for personal workspace data; the product explanation, pricing, docs, privacy information, and developer resources all remain public. If you already have beta credentials, continue to the sign-in page.
4. Review the completed meeting
After processing finishes, open the meeting library to inspect the transcript and generated context. Confirm important details against the source conversation, assign the next steps through your team's normal workflow, and share meeting material only with people who should have access. Contact Kanoe if the beta behavior does not match the public documentation.
