Pricing and availability

Start free while Kanoe is in beta.

MeetKanoe is still in active development. The Personal option is free, Kanoe Cloud is free during beta, and the Teams experience is in early access. Paid plan limits and final prices have not been announced; Kanoe will share them before a beta user is asked to move to a paid plan. There is no credit-card requirement for the current free start.

Personal — $0 forever

Personal is the starting point for someone who wants their own meeting notes. It is intended to include meeting transcripts, AI-assisted summaries, a searchable meeting library, and action-item extraction. It suits founders, independent researchers, product managers, and other individual users who want to stay focused on a conversation instead of typing notes throughout it.

Kanoe Cloud — free during beta

Kanoe Cloud is the hosted path for individuals who prefer not to run meeting infrastructure themselves. It is designed to make the recorder and meeting library available with minimal setup, while giving beta users early access to product improvements. Availability, usage limits, and final commercial terms may change as the beta matures.

Teams — early access

Teams is intended for organizations that need a shared workspace, member management, a central meeting library, and prioritized processing. It is not yet presented as a generally available paid subscription. Organizations can describe their workflow and security needs through the public contact page before deciding whether the current early-access product is a fit.

What happens next

Read the getting-started guide to see how the beta account flow works. If you are comparing Kanoe with Fireflies, Otter.ai, Read.ai, or Fathom, begin with the feature page: it states the capabilities that the current project is building without assuming that every competitor feature is already available.
